We provide custom, template-free digital design and marketing operations. The exact deliverables, project milestones, and timeline parameters will be documented and agreed upon in writing (via email or Statement of Work) before initiating any development.
Payments for our services are structured based on predefined project milestones or monthly retainer models. Invoices must be cleared within 7 business days of issue. FairWeb Digital Services reserves the right to halt active development or pause ad campaigns if outstanding balances are not cleared within the specified timeframe.
Clients may cancel active design or marketing contracts by providing written notice. In the event of cancellation, you will be billed for all development hours or milestones completed up to the cancellation date. Any unused project deposits will be returned within 14 business days.
Upon final payment receipt, all custom codebase assets, custom logos, graphics, and video files developed specifically for your business will belong to you. FairWeb Digital Services retains ownership of any pre-existing code modules, base layouts, and structural templates used in the build.
We optimize code layouts for high Google PageSpeed scores (Lighthouse 90+) and target organic keyword indexing. However, we do not guarantee specific search ranking positions or conversion rates. FairWeb Digital Services is not liable for any financial losses or downtime resulting from third-party server hosting issues.
These terms and all project-specific contracts are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Karnataka, India. Any disputes arising out of these agreements shall be settled exclusively in the courts located in Bangalore.
