Return & Refund Policy

1. Milestone-Based Projects

For custom web development and branding design projects, our payments are structured around specific deliverables (e.g. wireframes, front-end staging, final deployment). Each milestone represents hours of specialized work. Paid milestones are non-refundable once they have been reviewed, approved, and delivered.

2. Advance Payments

We require a project kickoff deposit (advance payment) to reserve developer bandwidth and start wireframe planning. If you cancel the project before we start any design drafts, you are eligible for a 100% refund of your advance payment. If work has commenced, we will calculate the hours spent and refund any remaining balance.

3. Revision Policy

We provide a dedicated number of revision rounds (usually 3 rounds) for design layouts, logo monograms, and social graphics as defined in your project contract. Revisions must be requested within the active milestone phase. Requests for structural changes after a milestone has been approved will be billed at standard hourly support rates.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only eligible for:

• Unused advance deposits where development has not yet commenced.
• Prepaid retainer balances for months of service that have not started.

We do not issue refunds for active Meta ad campaigns once budgets have been spent on the Meta networks.

5. Refund Timeline

Once a cancellation and refund request has been approved in writing, the transaction will be processed, and the funds will be returned to your original bank account or UPI within 14 business days.
